REFUND POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rosalia. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@rosalia.com and include your order number and reason for return. Please note that all items must be in their original condition and packaging.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
